Day-by-Day Itinerary

🐘 Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

• Morning: Pick-up from Arusha (hotel or airport) around 7:30 AM. After a short briefing, depart for Tarangire National Park (approx. 2 hrs drive).

• Midday: Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park.

• Afternoon: Game drive through baobab-filled landscapes famous for large elephant herds, lions, giraffes, and over 500 bird species.

• Evening: Drive to a midrange campsite near Lake Manyara or Mto wa Mbu.

• Overnight: Midrange camping site with proper tents, beds, toilets & dinner.

🦁 Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Full-Day Tour

• Early morning: Breakfast at the campsite then descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

• Game drive: Explore the crater floor, home to the Big Five: lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffalo, plus hippos, hyenas, and flamingos.

• Lunch: Picnic by the hippo pool.

• Late afternoon: Ascend the crater and return to camp.
